Which free antivirus + firewall will you recommend ?

i want to install a free antivirus and free firewall -

i am contemplating

A ) avast + comodo firewall

B ) zone alarm firewall and antivirus

C ) comodo firewall and antivirus

D ) avg + zone alarm firewall

E ) avast / avg + free old version sygate

tell me which is best . do you have any suggestions . the combination should not stop torrents or P2P nor have issues with IE6 or Firefox 2 .

Avira+Comodo firewall, or Avast+Comodo Firewall.

for Spyware protection, I'd recommend:

Spyware Terminator (http://www.SpywareTerminator.com) or

Spyware Doctor (http://pack.google.com)

either one will give you good, realtime protection, along with

Ad-Aware Free (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_a... and

Spybot S%26D (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/downl...

for additional removal ability.

hell i have mcafee myself catches everything i have thrown at it and my computer is working great and it works on any platform of Internet so im happy
